Abstract
A study conducted by McCann Erickson revealed that today’s Filipino youth are highly sociable and interactive, viewing schools as ideal spaces for socializing and building connections. The rapid development of infrastructure and technology has contributed to a decline in students’ interest in traditional teaching methods. Research suggests that “most teachers teach the way they learn,” meaning the way teachers were taught mathematics as students likely influences how they teach it today.
