Abstract
This paper focuses on mentoring mentors and provides an introduction to explicit instruction, which may help inform the mentoring process in various contexts. At the UP College of Education, there is no formal structure for mentoring. This paper attempts to compile mentoring experiences and outline a systematic approach to mentoring students during their thesis or dissertation work.
