Although it is less expensive and has less side effects compared to conventional drugs and other chemicals, its potential for use in animals in the Philippines has not been thoroughly investigated. In this series, different methods of acupuncture were used in cattle, water bufiilloes, and sheep, namely: pncumoacupuncture (injection of air), hypodermic needle acupuncture (stimulation using disposable hypodemlic needles), and aquapuncture (injection of distilled water, 5% lactated Ringer&#8217;s solution. vitamin ADE solution, 2% lidocaine solution, and capsicum decoction).
