This report presents an overview of the current DEI landscape within the Asian physics community, with a particular focus on the participation and status of women in physics. It highlights the gender disparities prevalent in several Asian countries and reviews various initiatives aimed at addressing these issues, including institutional and government-led programs to support and empower women in the field.
